Rosen Method Training Centers offer a variety of self-development and professional career training programs for the general public and for those in the bodywork, healthcare and personal growth fields. Women and men from all walks of life and professions study Rosen Method to learn more about themselves, enhance their careers, their relationships and quality of life. Many choose to follow a path of personal awareness through attending Workshops and Intensives. Others pursue certification as a Rosen Method bodywork practitioner or movement teacher.
