Rosen Method Training Centers offer a variety of self-development and professional career training programs for the general public and for those in the bodywork, healthcare and personal growth fields. Women and men from all walks of life and professions study Rosen Method to learn more about themselves, enhance their careers, their relationships and quality of life. Many choose to follow a path of personal awareness through attending Workshops and Intensives. Others pursue certification as a Rosen Method bodywork practitioner or movement teacher.

This intensive is of special interest to healthcare and helping professionals, body-workers, massage therapists and those who wish to deepen their ability to connect with others and themselves.
Taught by Sandra Wooten, Director and Founder of the Southwest Center;  Cameron Hough, Senior Bodywork Teacher and Movement Teacher; and Alan Fogel, Ph.D., teacher-in-training.
